There’s a reason women keep coming back to Bodify. As a ladies gym built entirely around female comfort and progress, it offers something most gyms don’t: a space where you can fully focus. Three boutique studios across Dubai Marina, Downtown, and Internet City, each run by certified female coaches who know the difference between pushing you forward and pushing you too hard. Group classes, personal training and open gym. A trial class starts at 55 AED. No pressure, no long pitch. Just one honest session to see if it fits.
What Bodify Is?
Bodify is a boutique studio. Small by design, clean, and equipped with professional-grade gear. The spaces are compact enough that a trainer can see every person in the room. That matters more than it sounds.
It’s not a big-box gym with rows of treadmills and a front desk no one looks up from. There’s no mixed floor, no background noise of people who have nothing to do with your session. Just women, focused work, and coaches who remember your name by the second visit.
Three locations cover most of Dubai. Marina is in Silverene B, Ground Floor. Internet City sits inside Business Central Towers. Downtown is at Al Manzil District, Yansoon 9. One membership gets you into all three.
Classes at Bodify
The schedule runs mornings and evenings, six days a week. Every class is led by a certified trainer. Here’s what’s on offer.
Aero Yoga
Soft fabric hammocks take pressure off joints and the lower back — great if you spend long hours sitting. The movements build core control and improve posture. Flows are short and accessible, so you don’t need any yoga background to start. You come in stiff, you leave feeling longer.
Calorie Burn
Fast-paced intervals mixing cardio stations with strength work: kettlebells, resistance bands, bodyweight. The trainer always offers a lower-intensity option, so the class works for different fitness levels. Finishes with breathing and a proper cooldown.
High Heels
An actual fitness class, not just choreography. Sequences are built to strengthen ankles, hips, and the muscles that support your posture. Moves are broken down step by step, so you’re never lost. A few sessions in and the difference shows — in the way you carry yourself, not just on the floor.
Pilates
Classic mat Pilates with a focus on core strength, hip stability, and lower back health. The trainer provides clear cues throughout, with props available when needed. Works well as a standalone practice or alongside strength training.
Kangoo Jumps
Spring-loaded boots that absorb impact on knees and joints while keeping the cardio load high. Odd-sounding, genuinely fun. Trains coordination and endurance at the same time. The first five minutes you’re probably grinning.
Stretching
Hips, hamstrings, thoracic spine, shoulders. This class restores range of motion and brings down tension built up from training or a long desk week. Breath and movement are woven together throughout. Trainers use straps and blocks when needed.
Zumba
Music, movement, and a full mental reset. The trainer adjusts intensity options throughout, so complete beginners and regulars can train side by side. Light conditioning underneath the choreography makes it a real workout, even when it doesn’t feel like one.
Yoga
Multiple formats depending on the week: stronger flow, gentle restorative, or alignment-focused work. Trainers offer hands-on adjustments and provide props. You leave with a steadier head than you came in with — which, on some days, is exactly what you need.
Personal Training at Bodify
Group classes build consistency and energy. Personal training builds precision. If you have a specific goal — fat loss, muscle tone, postnatal recovery, or simply learning how to train correctly — a 1-on-1 session with a female coach will get you there faster.
Every personal trainer at Bodify specialises in women’s health and physiology. Sessions are private, the programme is built around your body and your schedule. You can add personal training to a class membership or book it separately.

The Coaching Team
All Bodify coaches are women. All are certified. Each has a specific area of practice: rehabilitative Pilates, dance-based fitness, functional training, prenatal and postnatal coaching. On the floor, that means actual feedback — what to adjust, what to add, what to ease off on this week.
Groups are kept intentionally small so this kind of coaching is possible. You won’t get a class where the trainer is managing 30 people and can’t see you clearly. That’s the whole point of a boutique model.
FAQ’s
Is there support for postnatal fitness?
Yes. Personal training at Bodify includes postnatal recovery programmes. Coaches understand the specific physical considerations at different stages after birth and build sessions accordingly.
How does the trial class work?
Choose a class from the schedule, book via the website or WhatsApp, and pay 55 AED. That’s it. No automatic sign-up, no sales call after. If you want to continue, you pick a membership. If not, you’ve still had a good session for 55 AED.
What should I bring to the first class?
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Mats and basic equipment are available in the studio. Kangoo boots are provided on-site for Kangoo Jumps classes.
Are morning and evening slots available?
Yes. The schedule covers both, six days a week. For the current timetable, check with the studio directly — slots are updated regularly.
